The Singapore Cheshire Home at 159 Serangoon Garden Way is HOME to many differently abled people, in the country.
On Saturday 7th September 2013, Redwoods Advance Pte Ltd had been to the Cheshire Home to meet housemates and for the volunteer work.
Founded in 1957, the Cheshire Home Singapore provides shelter and protection to elderly and differently-abled people in the society.
The organization [devoted to charitable causes] conducts personal development programs at their rehab and day care centres and makes sure that people get to develop strengths and new talents, for a better future ahead.
For many at Redwoods Singapore, the visit at the rehabilitation centre and volunteering was a new experience, but people went back with fond memories.
